House Rules
Welcome to Roisechamp !
To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to read and follow the rules outlined in this House Rules document.
1. Access & Safety
- Access to your cabin is via a personal code sent before your arrival.
- This code is strictly personal and must remain confidential.
- For your safety, please make sure the door is locked each time you leave the cabin.
2. Arrival & Departure
- Check-ins take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4:30 PM:

until 8:00 PM for accompanied check-ins,

no time limit for self check-ins.

- Check-outs take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays before 10:30 AM.
Unauthorized late check-outs may result in automatic code deactivation and an extra night charged.
3. Respect for the Property
- Please treat the cabin as if it were your own.
- Do not move indoor or outdoor furniture.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Candles, open flames, and barbecues are not allowed inside or on the terraces (unless otherwise specified).
4. Noise
- Please maintain quiet after 10:00 PM.
- Parties, loud gatherings, and unauthorized events are not allowed.
5. Cleanliness & Waste
- Cabins must be left in a reasonably clean state.
- Final cleaning is included in your stay. However, if the cabin is left unusually dirty, a €100 cleaning fee may apply.
- Please use the bins provided and respect waste sorting rules (glass, plastics, organic waste).
6. Environment
- In an eco-friendly approach, the cabins are equipped with water- and energy-saving systems (e.g. Orbital Systems water-recycling showers and sinks, Jets Group water-recovery toilets).
- We appreciate your mindful use of water and electricity, and your respect for the local wildlife and plants.
7. Animals
- Pets are not allowed, unless expressly authorized in writing by Roisechamp.
8. Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay.
- In case of an incident, please contact the Roisechamp team immediately at: contact@roisechamp.be
- Roisechamp accepts no liability for theft or loss of personal belongings.
9. Force Majeure
- In case of exceptional events (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions), Roisechamp reserves the right to cancel or modify your stay.
10. Acceptance
- Booking and staying at Roisechamp implies full acceptance of these house rules.
